My lil scones!

Ah! I have been so busy with my life! No time to blog at all! Work, eat, read books, cook ,bake and many more!

Well, as you can see I am pretty proud of my cheese scones and raisins scones! There's supposed to be four cheese scones but before I can snap the picture of my lovely food...it's gone.! All into their (housemate & sister) lovely tummy!

recipe for the cheese scones
1 cup of flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1tbsp butter
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup cheese
bake for 8-10 min, 220 celcius

Basically, sift the flour, then add in all the dry ingredients. Take the butter and rub it in together with the dry ingredients. The texture should be like breadcrumbs. Add cheese. Then, make a hole in the centre, add the milk and egg into it. Mould it until it becomes a dough!
oh, do not forget to preheat the oven before getting started with it!
I cut into 4-6 portions, and put it onto the muffin tray. Voila!

hope you like it!

toodles! =p
