Passion and Therapeutic

Therapeutic

Yes, I totally agreed with her (Christine- my childhood friend) that blogging is somehow a therapeutic to my inner soul. No format while you blog. You can actually type whatever crap you want and no one is going to judge you in your grammatical error. In another way, is like expressing your inner thought and feelings by typing instead of talking. Blogging is like talking to your best friend which somehow it won't reply back to you.

I actually feel happy when I start typing and making my own blog. It keeps my mind busy, constantly thinking of something to write. When I am cooking, taking my hot lovely shower, words, actions, and phrases that pops right into my mind will make me stop doing whatever I am doing (not literally- just my brain freeze for awhile) and hurried to the computer to type whatever I can think of before it slips away from my mind.

Passion
As I was watching a documentary about a woman -Nigella Lucy Lawson (born 6 January 1960) is an English food writer, journalist and broadcaster and also after watching a movie on " Julie and Julia", both of this documentary and film somehow change my life for the year 2010. I picked on these two highly educated woman because they both related to food industry. I like eating and I enjoy cooking.
I wasted 22 years of my life basically doing nothing. They're from nobody can turn out to be somebody. I believe if you are passionate in doing something, you will somehow do your best in it and one day you will turn out to be "somebody".
As for year 2010, I am not going to be a "Jack of all trades, master of none".
Since my this year resolution is to continue my french language and to join the toastmaster club, I actually did a small progression onto it today.
Somehow I am proud of myself, today I went to the library and borrowed two books. I hardly read, in fact I hate reading. I borrowed a fiction book -Author:Anna Jacobs Title:Yesterday girl and a feminist classic book. I will definitely blog on these two books after I finish reading it. *wink*
Then, went to Alliance Francaise to check out the french course. Term 1 will be starting on 1st of Feburuary 2010. Yeay, cant wait to sign in.
Then, I bought a 2000 piece of jigsaw puzzle in Salvation Army. Honestly speaking, I'm not a patient person who likes to solve mystery or fix the puzzle. But, somehow the picture of that jigsaw puzzle intrigued me to buy it. I fell in love with the picture at my first glance. It is kind of pulling you into Paris, where you can imagine you are in a romantic vacation sitting down in a cafe drinking your hot cappuccino and enjoy the beautiful scenery out there. Anyway, cross my finger, I hope my house mate will help me with my 2000 piece of jigsaw puzzle.
Everyday , I will tell myself I am going to challenge myself with new things. So here it goes:
1) got two books
2) jigsaw puzzle- bought it (will do it)
3) Alliance Francaise (soon to sign up)

Cheers.
