Camaralized apple


Well, this one big red apple has been looking at me for a week plus, ready for me to slice and cook it up! So I've decided to make use of it and well voila, it turn out to be a caramalized apple! Listening to my jazz music while cooking! *dancing and cooking at the same time*

Firstly, slice the apple into thin wedges. Heat up the pan. Put 1/2 cup of sugar( preferly brown sugar) but I used white instead of brown! white sugar ran out of stock =)
then add some cinamon powder, a lil of water and approx 15g of butter into it! then lastly add the apple into it!
Bring it to a boiling stage. Keep it there until  the sugar turns golden brown and the texture will become thicker!
p/s: Add raisins into it will be good! yum yum

Enjoy your dessert! especially if you dislike eating plain apples! add some spice into it!
